MedNet Returns Policy

1.       Call MedNet toll-free at 800-754-5070 for a "Return Authorization" number. Items returned without authorization may be refused and returned to you at your cost. Please note that all returns will be subject to a Restock Fee of 15% unless the item was shipped in error.

2.       Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be on the outside of returned package. RA# indicates authorization to return item for evaluation only. It does not imply credit or exchange.

3.       No items may be returned for credit more than 30 days after the original shipping date.

4.       All crated equipment must be returned in the original packaging. If original packaging is missing or opened, customer is responsible for any missing or damaged parts and subject to a replacement fee.

5.       All returns will be subject to a Restock Fee of 15%, unless the item(s) was shipped in error.

6.       All returned merchandise must be insured.

7.       The purchaser is responsible for all freight charges.

8.       If shortages and/or damages occur, you have 48 hours after receipt to make a claim.

9.       Return Authorization Number expires 15 days from issued date. 

10.  Items not returned within 15 days of Return Authorization must request a new RA#.
 Items received by MedNet with an expired RA# are still the responsibility of the purchaser.
